Oprah gets silly with Dr. Oz!

Did anyone else love the moment on Tuesday's show when Oprah talked about how Calcium made her so constipated that she feels like she's "Having a baby!!!" (Yes, the way she said it deserves those three exclamation points. She also said "baby" like "baybay!!!"). It was a kookfest, and I loved it!

Just remember the Ultimate Checklist, per Doc Oz: 1. Food, 2. Exercise, 3. Meditate, 4. Sleep and Sex, 5. Vitamins

(I feel like it should be "meditation" since the rest are nouns, but I'm posting it the official way and not being a grammar granny today, except that I'm pointing it out, so that probably makes me a GG anyway).

But I am still confused about vitamins. Okay, I can spend 10 minutes in the sun for my Vitamin D, but baybay aspirin every day? I'm just not sure about that.
