Did anyone else love the moment on Tuesday's show when Oprah talked about how Calcium made her so constipated that she feels like she's "Having a baby!!!" (Yes, the way she said it deserves those three exclamation points. She also said "baby" like "baybay!!!"). It was a kookfest, and I loved it!Just remember the Ultimate Checklist, per Doc Oz: 1. Food, 2. Exercise, 3. Meditate, 4. Sleep and Sex, 5. Vitamins
(I feel like it should be "meditation" since the rest are nouns, but I'm posting it the official way and not being a grammar granny today, except that I'm pointing it out, so that probably makes me a GG anyway).
But I am still confused about vitamins. Okay, I can spend 10 minutes in the sun for my Vitamin D, but baybay aspirin every day? I'm just not sure about that.
